Melt in your mouth frosting, light and airy cupcake. Tastes like it was made with love.

I'm Stefanie, and I love to bake. (Like, a lot.)

Baking is sort of magical, isn't it? You take simple ingredients, combine them just so, and wind up with something that tastes like happiness feels.

Of course, that's when everything goes right.

Most people are more likely to end up with something that's "just sorta kinda OK, I guess." And when you've just spent a bunch time in the kitchen—and made a huge mess in the process—that can be so discouraging.

I've got you, sweet friend!

In just a few years, I went from baking as a hobby... to launching a home-based bakery... to opening a storefront... to being featured on the Duchess of York's YouTube Channel and making Sylvester Stallone's birthday cake. (Yes, really!)

And I can't wait to teach you everything I know.
